SHIPPING, ORDER, & REFUND POLICIES
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept direct payment transfers, checks, cashiers' checks, money orders, and postal money orders.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Orders paid by check will be held until payment has cleared, about 10 days from deposit date.
Orders are shipped via USPS "First Class," "Priority Mail" or "Priority Express" Mail, as well as FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for business addresses), with the option for FedEx Hold-For-Pickup. USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service, but most orders should be received within 2 or 3 days. USPS Express Mail is said to be a 1-2 day guaranteed service, although delays may occur on the courier's end (USPS sometimes contracts with couriers for the last leg of the delivery). Therefore, we ultimately cannot guarantee it, but usually, there is no problem. For all services, USPS and FedEx do provide tracking numbers, which will be emailed using the email address provided.

NOTE: due to COVID-19 and changing carrier policies, we may not be able to guarantee shipping times for USPS or FedEx; USPS Express is still 1-2 day, but First Class and Priority both might see an additional 1 day delay; moreover, we aren't going to be able to apply for refunds due to the high personal interaction required. Where possible, we will try to apply for shipping refunds and pass them to customers minus a processing fee. Thanks for your understanding.
We ship Monday through Friday. Qualifying orders where payment or proof of payment is received by 2:00 PM Central time M-F are guaranteed to ship the same day. Any order where payment or proof of payment is received after 2 PM on Friday will ship on the following Monday. If your order and payment or proof of payment are in by 2 PM Central time (M-F) it will probably still go out the same day. MS will close in accordance with the Postal Holidays recognized by our local branch of USPS.
USPS Express delays occur outside of our control, and it is not economically feasible for us to apply for refunds when they fail to meet their guarantees.
***Currently we ship only to locations within the United States and its territories - except for the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and the localities of San Diego, California (city, not county), Sarasota County, Florida and Denver, Colorado.
We are not able to take returns due to the risk of product contamination. However, if you feel that your order is unsatisfactory or inaccurate, please let us know within 30 days, and we will try to make it right either with a replacement or a refund minus shipping costs. By purchasing from MS, you agree not to resell our products for any reason.
Usually, we are responsive to emails between 9:30 AM thru 2 PM CT on Monday through Friday. If you write in after 2 PM CT we will get back you as soon as possible the next business day.
All Orders over $125 subtotal (before shipping and tax) will qualify for our three free samples promotion.
Orders that are not finalized with completed payment within two weeks of being placed will be canceled.
